As Mayor, Allen acts as the official head of the City of Greenville government and spokesperson for the City Council. He and council members are responsible for establishing general policies for the operation of the City as well as appointing key City officials. Allen is also a small business owner. As an economic development representative, Donna works with various industries to recruit business growth and expansion in the region. She is also a member of ECU’s Board of Visitors.
