Reunions at East Carolina allow alumni to return to campus, reconnect with friends and classmates, and rekindle memories, friendships, and good feelings about East Carolina. Affinity reunions are a gathering of a group (or groups) of alumni based on their involvement with a particular group, experience or common connection (i.e. Greek Life, Marching Pirates, clubs, etc.). A class-based reunion is a gathering of alumni based on their graduation year (i.e. class of 2000). Traditionally the Golden Alumni Reunion for the 50th reunion class has been held in the spring during commencement weekend. The Golden Alumni Reunion has been postponed until 2018 to create a better reunion. We are working hard to deliver the best reunion experience for you and your guests, including more activities, a larger number of graduates in attendance, and even greater campus engagement. We look forward to hosting the Golden Alumni Reunion in 2018!
The East Carolina Alumni Association is happy to work with classes or groups wishing to celebrate reunions. Reunions can be planned throughout the year, according to participant schedules and availability. If you have an idea for an affinity reunion and would like to help bring your classmates back to campus, please contact the Alumni Center at 800-ECU-GRAD or email@example.com
If you have questions or would like more information on these reunions, please contact Assistant Director for Alumni Programs Lindsay Raymond-Weston at 252-328-1958 or firstname.lastname@example.org
