Mark your calendars and register now to make Alumni Tailgate part of your game-day tradition. Leave the grill at home and join our family-friendly atmosphere two-and-a-half hours prior to kick-off. Enjoy food provided by local restaurants, your favorite Pirate beverages, and a chance to win great door prizes!
Cost
Alumni Tailgate is $10.00 per person for Alumni Association members and their dependents age 13-22. Non-members are $25.00 per person. All children 12 and under are free. Visit the Membership page for details on how to become a member of the Alumni Association.
Event Times
Alumni Tailgate starts two-and-a-half hours prior to kickoff and ends 30 minutes before kickoff. Dates and times are subject to change.
Location Information
Alumni Tailgate is located at the ECU Soccer Stadium (map). A shuttle from/to the stadium area will be available before and after tailgate with preference given to the handicap and mobility challenged. The shuttle will begin 3 hours prior to kickoff and run on a continuous loop until 2 hours before kickoff. The route will run from the Soccer Stadium, past the Pirate Statue and Athletic Ticket Office windows outside Minges Coliseum, and stop near the flag poles on the northwest plaza of Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium, and then return to the Soccer Stadium on the same route. Beginning 1 hour prior to kickoff the shuttle will begin transporting tailgaters from the Soccer Stadium to Scales Fieldhouse and run on a continuous loop until game time.
Tailgate on the Road
Join the Alumni Association and Pirate Club on September 8 in Columbia, SC as the Pirates take on the South Carolina Gamecocks. Tickets are $25.00 per person, children 12 and under are free.
Members of the Alumni Association can register beginning Tuesday, July 10. If tickets are still available, non-members can register starting August 1.
