“In As Much” Service Project
for the High Point Community

Join fellow alumni and friends as we volunteer for the annual “In As Much” service project during the East Carolina Alumni Association’s Service Month. Members of the High Point community will serve their neighbors by visiting families in need and assisting with small household repairs and yard work. Don’t forget to wear PURPLE and GOLD to show your Pirate Pride!

Saturday, April 18, 2009
8:15 a.m.
Abbots Creek Missionary Baptist Church
2817 Abbots Creek Church Road
High Point, NC 27265

Volunteers should meet Tom Baity ’72 at the church at 8:15 a.m. for further instructions for the day. Participants should plan to volunteer until 12 noon.

If you’re unable to participate but would still like to be part of Service Month, consider making a donation of non-perishable food items to the ongoing Labor of Love Ministry for the church’s “store house.” Suggested items include: peanut butter, jelly, meat sauce, pasta, canned meats, and breakfast cereals. Food can be dropped off at the store house building behind the church.

Let us know you’re coming! Click the REGISTER HERE button at the top of the page or call the Alumni Center at 800-ECU-GRAD by Friday, April 17.
