Southeast Virginia Service Project
Join fellow Pirates to make a difference in the Norfolk area. As part of the East Carolina Alumni Association’s Service Month, alumni and friends will participate in Union Mission Ministries’ Hope Tote project to help the homeless in the area. Bring four or more toiletry items (see list below) and enjoy all-you-can-eat pasta and time with other East Carolina alumni and friends.

There is no cost to attend, just bring four Hope Tote contributed items. The all-you-can-eat pasta bar is $8.99 per person and kids eat free! Parking is available in the Greenbrier Shoppes’ lot.
Be sure to wear PURPLE and GOLD to show your Pirate pride and look for the purple and gold seating area in the restaurant to find the group.
Travel-size Hope Tote items:
- Toothbrush and toothpaste
- Soap
- Shaving cream
- Shampoo and conditioner
- Deodorant
- Lip balm
- Socks
- Brush and comb
- Tissues
- Shoelaces hand or body lotion
- Disposable razors
