Board of Trustees member Carol Mabe ’70 and her husband Robert Mabe ’67 invite you to their home for an evening on the water with fellow Oriental area and Pamlico County alumni and friends who share your Pirate spirit! This reception is $10.00 per Alumni Association member and $20.00 per non-member, which includes hors d’oeuvres, beer, and wine.
Attendees will be entered into a drawing for great ECU door prizes. Be sure to wear your PURPLE and GOLD to show your Pirate pride!
Parking is available in front of and across from the Mabe’s home.
Carol is vice chair of ECU’s Board of Trustees, and a member and immediate past chair of the ECU Foundation Board of Directors. She is a former chair of the College of Human Ecology’s Merchandising Advisory Board, one of ECU’s 100 Incredible Women, and a CHE Legacy of Leadership honoree. Carol is a brand development, strategic planning, and leadership development specialist who spent years in executive roles in the apparel and fashion industry.
